Agreen Capital acquires the 100% share capital of BiotoBio through ProBios

Ways Advisory assisted EcorNaturaSì S.p.A. as financial advisor in the sale of the subsidiary BiotoBio S.r.l., a leading company in the marketing of organic, healthy and free-from food products with a network of approximately 7,500 shops supplied, to the company Probios S.r.l, an Italian company specialised in healthy food, supported by the Agreen Capital fund.

The transaction is part of the process aimed at creating a leading European centre for the distribution of natural and organic products, with the participation of EcorNaturaSì as a minority shareholder.

Ways Advisory acted as financial advisor to the seller, providing support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of due diligence activities with a team of professionals, composed by the partner Leopoldo Varasi, the associate partner Paolo Giovanetti and the manager Gianluca Raimondi.
